Published by the IASC, this note provides guidance on integrating MHPSS preparedness prior to emergencies, and reduce risks to mental health and psychosocial well-being through risk reduction and management. Read more
WHO Guidelines on Mental Health at Work (2022)
The WHO guidelines provide evidence-based recommendations for promoting mental health and preventing work-induced mental health conditions in the workplace. Key areas include organizational interventions, training for managers and workers, individual interventions, return to work, and gaining employment. The aim is to improve the implementation of evidence-based interventions for mental health at work. Read more

The MHPSS MSP, by the IASC in 2023, outlines key MHPSS activities for emergency-affected populations. It aims to improve coordination, predictability and equity in responses, making effective use of resources. Read more
International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) (2020). Guidelines on Mental Health and Psychosocial Support
The ICRC guideline outlines the organization’s approach to MHPSS during and after armed conflict and violence, providing a framework for harmonising MHPSS programmes and offering insights into strategic processes and practices. Read more
