The Ninth Session of the Conference of the Parties (COP9) to the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (WHO FCTC), scheduled to take place from 8 to 13 November, was held virtually from 8 to 12 November 2021. Representatives of 162 Parties to the Convention took part. Also present were representatives of six States Non-Parties, as well as four international intergovernmental organizations (IGOs) and 16 nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) accredited as observers.
