アンドレア ・バダチェ

データに基づく研究、政策分析、およびグローバルヘルス・イニシアチブに関する専門知識を有する公衆衛生の専門家、疫学者。ルーヴェン・カトリック大学（ベルギー）にてリハビリテーション科学の修士号を、また、マーストリヒト大学（オランダ）にてヘルスケア政策・イノベーション・管理の修士号を取得。オレブロ大学（スウェーデン）医学博士課程における専門分野は、障害、高齢化、および疫学。

世界保健機関（WHO）、欧州疾病予防管理センター（ECDC）、欧州委員会共同研究センター（JRC）、汎米保健機構（PAHO）にてコンサルタント業務に従事したほか、スウェーデンならびにルーマニアでは研究員として、また、東京大学およびメキシコ国立公衆衛生研究所では客員研究員として勤務。システマティックレビューやメタ分析、疫学的研究、保健政策の策定、保健医療制度の強化に重点を置いた研究を通して、非感染性疾患、健康の社会的決定要因、危険因子、感覚障害、保健医療制度、疫学、高齢化などに関するさまざまな研究プロジェクトに貢献。

2025年2月より、WHO神戸センターにて、継続的なケア・介護の労働者の採用、労働力の定着、労働条件、スキル等の改善のための戦略について、公開されている評価の包括的なレビューに取り組んでいる。
