背景
アクセスの拡大と質の向上が求められる継続的なケア(LTC)に関するサービスは、経済的および社会的利益をもたらすことが見込まれる健全な公共投資の対象です。しかしながら、継続的なケアの資金調達には課題があります。高齢者が経済的困難に陥ることなく必要とするケアを受けられるようにするためには、各国がどのようにして継続的なケアのための資金調達制度を構築できるかをよりよく理解することが肝要です。
目標
人口の高齢化に関連した継続的なケアに関するWHO資金調達概要を作成する。
研究手法
継続的なケのためのWHO資金調達概要を作成するにあたり、エビデンスを収集するための研究が進められています。バックグラウンドペーパーとして以下のテーマごとに研究論文をとりまとめて発表する予定です:継続的なケアのための資金調達の観点からみるジェンダー公平性への影響; 継続的なケアのための財政と予算; 継続的なケアのための資金調達に対応するための重要政策と制度イニシアチブに関する迅速スコーピングレビュー; 継続的なケアのための資金調達における課題および低・中所得国への影響に関するレビュー。本研究には、 高齢者のケアに関するアンメットニーズの定量化を目的としたWKCの先行研究も活用されます。
